Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of your agreement with GravitonForge Technologies Ltd for the use of Voiceora. If you breach it, we may suspend or terminate your account.

1. Content you must not submit or generate

You must not use Voiceora to submit, generate, or distribute content that:

is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
sexually exploits or abuses children, or sexualises any person under 18, in any form;
is pornographic or sexually explicit;
incites or threatens violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
harasses, bullies, defames or is intended to humiliate a specific person;
promotes hatred against, or dehumanises, any group on the basis of a protected characteristic;
infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark, database right, or other intellectual property;
impersonates a real person or organisation, or falsely attributes statements to them;
constitutes malware, or is designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
is designed to deceive — including disinformation, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading claims about a product or service.

2. Content rights and other people's data

You must only submit content that you own or have the right to use. This includes:

Photographs and video. If your content shows identifiable people, you must have their permission or another lawful basis to use their image.
Video containing speech. If your uploaded video contains people speaking, you must have the right to record and process that footage.
Third-party material. You must not upload material owned by someone else and pass its output off as your own where doing so infringes their rights.

You are responsible for this. We do not review content before it is processed.

3. Use of AI outputs

Voiceora produces drafts. You must:

review outputs before publishing or relying on them;
not present outputs as professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise;
comply with the rules of any platform you publish to, including its rules on AI-generated content and disclosure;
not represent outputs as human-written where a law, platform rule or professional obligation requires you to disclose AI use.

4. Technical and account restrictions

You must not:

share your account credentials, or allow anyone else to use your account;
circumvent usage limits, rate limits, plan restrictions or paywalls, including by creating multiple accounts;
access the service by automated means other than any API we expressly provide;
scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, model weights or prompts underlying the service;
resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as if it were your own;
use the service to build or train a competing product or model;
probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written consent;
place unreasonable load on the service, or interfere with other users' use of it.

Plan limits are published on our pricing page. Where a plan is described as unlimited or unmetered, that is subject to fair use — meaning use consistent with normal individual or small-business use of the service. We will contact you before taking action if your use is materially out of line with that.

6. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is misusing Voiceora, email support@voiceora.io.

7. What we do if you breach this policy

Depending on severity, we may: contact you and ask you to stop; restrict a feature; suspend your account; or terminate your account.

Where the breach is serious — in particular anything involving child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or a credible threat to life — we will suspend the account immediately without notice and report it to the appropriate authorities.

Where we terminate your account for a breach of this policy, we will refund any prepaid amount covering the period after termination, unless the breach was deliberate and serious.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified to registered users before they take effect.
